Journal of Applied Food Technology (JAFT) is an international journal that publishes original research articles, review papers, and short communications in the field of applied food science and technology. The journal is an official worldwide publication of the Department of Food Technology, Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences, Diponegoro University, Indonesia, and is published in collaboration with Indonesian Food Technologists.
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Articles undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific integrity.
Published twice a year with an online-first policy, with issues released in June and December.
