Crowdsourcing dan Peningkatan Kinerja Layanan di Lembaga Informasi: Systematic Literature Review

Abstract


Lembaga informasi memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal waktu, keuangan atau sumber daya manusia dan  tidak akan pernah untuk sepenuhnya dapat melakukan apa yang pengguna inginkan, sehingga crowdsourcing adalah peluang yang harus dipertimbangkan secara serius dan bisa menjadi alat paling berguna yang bisa dimiliki lembaga informasi di masa depan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis crowdsourcing yang dapat diterapkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja lembaga informasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis. Analisis data yang dilakukan adalah menyiapkan dan mengorganisasikan data untuk analisis kemudian mereduksi data kemudian menyajikan dalam bentuk tabel, bagan, atau pembahasan. Artikel jurnal terseleksi yang dikaji dalam penelitian, mengulas tentang implementasi penggunaan crowdsourcing yang diterapkan guna meningkatkan layanan informasi untuk pengguna. Penerapan crowdsourcing di lembaga informasi terbukti meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan peningkatan kualitas konten yang disajikan. Hal ini terjadi karena partisipasi dari banyak orang guna meningkatkan layanan informasi yang baik karena adanya rasa memiliki sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan semakin lengkap. Penerapan crowdsourcing yang diperoleh yaitu dapat menekan biaya yang besar dan hasil yang maksimal, meningkatkan mobilisasi partisipasi publik, meningkatkan produktivitas tanpa menambah tenaga kerja, sebagai media promosi, preservasi budaya, dan mendukung pengembangan aplikasi.
