Abstract

Untuk menjaga keandalan proses penyaluran energi listrik dari arus gangguan, proteksi yang digunakan di antaranya adalah sistem pentanahan pada tower-tower Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau atau mengevaluasi SUTT 150 kV Section Jakabaring-Keramasan dikarenakan SUTT ini melewati permukiman dan lahan pertanian masyarakat, tentunya dengan sistem proteksi pentanahan sangat diandalkan melindungi tower dan mahluk hidup dari induksi tegangan listrik maupun dampak sambaran petir. Dari hasil pengukuran resistansi pentanahan di tower SUTT 150 kV masih relatif aman di mana nilai resistansi pentanahan masih dibawah 5 Ω, termasuk dari hasil perhitungan. Dari analisa resistansi pentanahan dengan kondisi tanah memiliki struktur dua lapis melalui Cymgrd dimana potesial terjadinya tegangan langkah ditimbulkan sebesar 208,34 volt dan potensial terjadinya tegangan sentuh 175,12 volt. Sedangkan dari konstruksi sistem pentanahan terpasang melalui simulasi Cymgrd bahwa konstruksi pentanahan sekarang termasuk andal dan mampu meminimalisir Ground Potential Rise (GPR) di sekitar kaki tower menjadi 4,50477 volt dari besarnya arus gangguan yang mencapai 3760 ampere dan dinyatakan masih relatif aman bagi mahluk hidup di permukaan tanah pada lokasi tower.
