Database yang dimaksud terdiri dari rekam jejak track record masing-masing sumber daya manusia dan hasil evaluasi penilaiannya. Melalui penelitian dan observasi secara grounding, kesulitan untuk memantau sumber daya manusia pada proyek-proyek di PT. ADHI KARYA yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia secara online dan uptodate memacu unit kerja Departemen Gedung untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi online berbasis Android untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Dipilih Android karena selain mudah, juga lebih membumi dibandingkan dengan sistem operasi ponsel pintar lainnya. Penerapan aplikasi Adhi Manpower yang diawali di Departemen Gedung mulai menunjukkan gaung dan manfaatnya sehingga sudah merambah ke Unit Kerja lainnya dan akan menjadi aplikasi standar korporasi pusat bahkan tidak menutup kemungkinan bisa di terapkan di lingkungan Pekerjaan Umum. This era of disruption is a phenomenon when the community shifts activities which are originally done in the real world turned to be in cyberspace. However, in reality, the lack of management of human resources in the field of construction becomes critical problems. The database becomes a very important matter to overcome this problem. The database in question consists of the track record of each human resource and its evaluation results. Through grounding research and observation, the difficulty to monitor human resources on projects at PT. ADHI KARYA which are spread all over Indonesia by using an online platform and to have up to date data has triggered the work unit of the Building Department to create an Android-based online application to overcome the problem. Android was chosen because besides being easy, it is also more modest compared to other smartphone operating systems. The application of the Adhi Manpower application that has begun in the Building Department started to show echo and benefits so that it has been penetrated to the other Work Units and will become the standard application of the central corporation; even perhaps can be applied in the Ministry of Public Works environment.
