Diponegoro International Journal of Business (DIJB) (e-ISSN: 2580-4995) is a biannually (June and December) peer-reviewed journal issued by the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro. DIJB aims to be the media for publishing empirical issues related to business studies.
DIJB invites manuscripts on several topics including marketing management, finance management, operation management, human resource management, innovation management, knowledge management, organizational behavior, organizational development, change management, international business, and Islamic business.
DIJB is nationally accredited (rank 2) based on the Decree of the General Director of Higher Education, Research, and Technology of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 105/E/KPT/2022.
