The Diponegoro International Journal of Business (DIJB), indexed in DOAJ and SINTA 2, is pleased to announce a Paper Development Workshop (PDW) to be held on April 3–4, 2026. The workshop aims to strengthen the quality and publishability of submitted manuscripts by providing developmental editorial feedback, while also fostering engagement with international scholars to expand DIJB’s global authorship.

Author(s) who are willing to submit in DIJB after this announcement is published are encouraged to refer to this template to prepare your manuscript before submitting it to the journal submission system.

DIJB invites manuscripts in the various topics, but not limited to, functional areas of management, including marketing management, finance management, operation management, human resource management, innovation management, knowledge management, organizational behavior, organizational development, and change management.
