The method used is filling out a questionnaire, education, and practice. The education program will be held on September 13, 2021 through Zoom meeting with a target of 20 students. The physical activity program will be carried out at their respective homes on 9 – 13 September 2021 through google meets. There was a 5% decrease in energy intake, a 20% increase in energy intake, a 55% decrease in vegetable consumption 1-2x/day, and a 50% decrease in fried food consumption. Students experienced an increase in nutritional knowledge by 43.5% and experienced changes in the intensity of physical activity, namely moderate intensity by 60%, and an increase in nutritional status to normal nutrition by 15%. There is an increase in knowledge and an increase in the physical activity of students at SMAN 2 Temanggung after participating in a balanced nutrition education program and joint physical activity. It is recommended for students of SMAN 2 Temanggung to be able to apply the knowledge that has been obtained in everyday life and create habits for physical activity. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada siswa/i SMAN 2 Temanggung diperoleh informasi bahwa sebanyak 8% memiliki status gizi lebih dan 2% dengan status gizi obesitas. Tujuan dari program ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait gizi seimbang dan pemilihan jajanan sehat, serta meningkatkan aktivitas fisik siswa/I SMAN 2 Temanggung. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengisian kuesioner, edukasi, dan praktik. Program edukasi dilaksanakan pada 13 September 2021 melaui zoom meeting dengan sasaran 20 siswa/i. Program aktivitas fisik dilaksanakan di rumah masing-masing pada tanggal 9 – 13 September 2021 melalui google meets. Terdapat penurunan asupan energi lebih sebanyak 5%, asupan energi cukup meningkat sebanyak 20%, penurunan konsumsi sayur 1-2x/hari sebanyak 55%, dan penurunan konsumsi gorengan sebanyak 50%.
