The current condition of the PT Astra Honda Motor fuel tank line press requires a capacity up of 200 sets per day. Improvements were made to the auto equipment setting activity in the form of replacement of construction and material handling robot arm systems. The losstime contained in the installed capacity setting of the press production line is reduced by 700 seconds per shift. This increases the production capacity by 210 sets for 3 shifts, so that it can meet the capacity shortage by 200 sets. Keywords : production, capacity, press, losstime, material handling Abstrak Persaingan di dunia industri saat ini semakin ketat dan secara tidak langsung menuntut semua perusahaan agar dapat menjalankan bisnisnya dengan seefektif dan seefisien mungkin. Pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur, mereka harus bisa menurunkan biaya-biaya yang sekiranya tidak perlu, menjaga kestabilan kualitas produk, serta berupaya meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan dalam proses menghasilkan produk-produknya. Kondisi saat ini line press fueltank PT Astra Honda Motor membutuhkan capacity up sebanyak 200 set per hari. Improvement dilakukan pada aktivitas setting equipment auto berupa penggantian konstruksi dan sistem arm robot material handling. Losstime yang terdapat pada setting kapasitas terpasang line produksi press berkurang sebanyak 700 detik per shift-nya. Persaingan di dunia industri saat ini semakin ketat dan secara tidak langsung menuntut semua perusahaan agar dapat menjalankan bisnisnya dengan seefektif dan seefisien mungkin.
