Abstract

Analisis sistem keselamatan kerja khususnya dalam tata aturan penggunaan peralatan listrik yang digunakan di lingkungan area berbahaya merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam suatu proses industri,terutama dengan keberadaan bahan kimia berupa gas yang mudah terbakar yang menjadi alasan bahwa area tersebut termasuk dalam kategori area berbahaya.  Standar sistem keamanan peralatan listrik berdasarkan ketentuan ATEX dan lembaga sertifikasi peralatan teknis pada area berbahaya sebagai hal mutlak yang harus diperhatikan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, menunjukkan peralatan listrik yang digunakan pada area berbahaya sudah sesuai dengan standar keselamatan dan sudah tersertifikasi untuk penggunaan di area berbahaya dengan disertai kajian terhadap faktor resiko dan cara penanggulangan bahaya. Sebagai data referensi, dilakukan perbandingan dengan acuan dari jurnal Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Keberlanjutan melalui perusahaan yang kompetitif dan bertanggung jawab (SCORE) yang dipublikasi oleh ILO (International Labour Organization).

Abstract

 [Analysis of occupational safety and health systems in hazardous area environments] Analysis of work safety systems, especially in the regulation of the use of electrical equipment used in the environment of hazardous areas is a very important part in an industrial process, especially with the presence of chemicals in the form of flammable gases which is the reason that the area is included in the hazardous area category. Electrical equipment safety system standards based on ATEX regulations and technical equipment certification bodies in hazardous areas are absolutely essential. Based on the analysis carried out, it shows that electrical equipment used in hazardous areas is in accordance with safety standards and has been certified for use in hazardous areas accompanied by a study of risk factors and how to deal with hazards. As reference data, a comparison is made with references from the journal Occupational Safety and Health, Sustainability through competitive and responsible companies (SCORE) published by the ILO (International Labor Organization).
