Berbagai keberagaman pengguna maupun latar belakang alasan penggunaan Commuter Line, menjadikan tuntutan adanya penetapan kualitas layanan publik yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan spesifik dari seluruh pengguna. Kajian ini bertujuan pada pengidentifikasian elemen/faktor layanan yang mempengaruhi tingkat kenyamanan pengguna yang perlu ditingkatkan dengan merancang Design of Experiment dari data elemen jumlah gerbong, jadwal operasi commuter line dan ketersediaan informasi. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan Metode Taguchi didapatkan bahwa faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna Commuter Line adalah jadwal operasi Commuter Line dan ketersediaan informasi, hal ini menjadi dasar dari penentuan strategi Commuter Line selanjutnya seperti dengan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas informasi yang bersifat menunjang operasional Commuter Line setiap harinya. }, issn = {2356-0266}, pages = {281--293} doi = {10.14710/tataloka.27.3.281-293}, url = {https://ejournal2.undip.ac.id/index.php/tataloka/article/view/24217} }
