Keduanya berkaitan dan berkorelasi positif. Disisi lain, pemerintah Indonesia telah mencanangkan program penanganan permukiman kumuh sejak tahun 1969 yang ternyata belum tuntas hingga saat ini. Padahal kemiskinan Indonesia telah memiliki tren menurun selama 15 tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi capaian Program KOTAKU di Kelurahan Selumit Pantai dan pengaruhnya terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deduktif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei instansional, wawancara mendalam, dan pengamatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capaian Program KOTAKU di Kelurahan Selumit Pantai secara umum sangat baik. Aspek yang memiliki capaian tertinggi adalah aspek infrastruktur dasar sebesar 35,2%. Selanjutnya secara berurutan yaitu aset 25,35%, kualitas bangunan rumah 15,5%, pengeluaran 12,67%, dan pendapatan 11,26%. Capaian program bertujuan untuk menjembatani pengaruh program terhadap kemiskinan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Program KOTAKU memiliki pengaruh yang tidak langsung terhadap pengentasan kemiskinan. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah peran ketua RT, partisipasi masyarakat, sosial/keluarga, kesadaran warga, keterbatasan lahan, bencana kebakaran, dan tipologi wilayah.}, issn = {2356-0266}, pages = {84--100} doi = {10.14710/tataloka.24.2.84-100}, url = {https://ejournal2.undip.ac.id/index.php/tataloka/article/view/10509} }
