Program implementation, including educational dan advocacy activities. Percentage of mothers that was considered having good knowledge, gained from 67% to 76.2% after receiving education related to Balanced Nutrition Guidelines. There was an increase in the mean value of teacher knowledge after being given counseling regarding the importance of monitoring children's nutritional status as much as 29.2%. In addition, the awareness of the school towards the importance of monitoring the nutritional status of children improved, as it was reported by the provision of height and weight measuring instruments at the UKS (School Health Unit). The role of mothers and school is needed to maintain the nutritional status of children aged 5-8 years. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 21 anak siswa/i TK dan SD kelas 1 sekolah Al-Hunafa Kota Bandung tahun 2020 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan secara daring melalui kuesioner, pengisian pre-test dan post-test, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan program meliputi kegiatan edukasi dan advokasi yang dilakukan secara daring. Terjadi peningkatan persentase Ibu berpengetahuan baik dari 67% menjadi 76,2% setelah mendapatkan edukasi terkait Pedoman Gizi Seimbang. Ada peningkatan nilai rerata pengetahuan guru setelah diberikan edukasi terkait pentingnya monitoring status gizi anak sebanyak 29,2%. Selain itu kesadaran pihak sekolah terkait pentingnya monitoring status gizi anak meningkat ditandai dengan penyediaan alat ukur tinggi dan berat badan di UKS (Unit Kesehatan Sekolah). Diperlukan peran ibu dan pihak sekolah untuk menjaga status gizi pada anak usia 5-8 tahun.
