Abstract

Berdasarkan data Badan Statistik Kabupaten Sidoarjo penduduk mencapai 2.082.801 jiwa, dan bertambah setiap tahunya, hal itu menandakan, bahwa perekonomian berkembang pesat, dan pusat perekonomian di dominasi oleh pedagang, dari situ timbulah peningkatan jumlah volume sampah di Sidoarjo, sehingga terjadilah fenomena sosial tumpukan sampah di wilayah Sidoarjo. Akibatnya adalah laju ekonomi terhambat, pengedaran persampahan tidak optimal, Untuk itu penulis sepakat ingin mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai kesiapan dan solusi penumpas persampahan di Kabupaten Sidoarjo untuk menghadapi laju pertumbuhan ekonomi yang terus meningkat, sehingga perlu adanya kesiapan pengaruh negara G20 terhadap pertumbuhan penduduk masyarakat Sidoarjo, efek bola salju negara G20 terhadap persampahan di Sidoarjo, mengetahui hambatan dan penyelesaian masalah peningkatan sampah sebagai akibat adanya negara G20 dan menciptakan lingkungan layak huni di Sidoarjo, untuk kesehatan masyarakat. Dan menggunakan metode Deskriptif sebagai langkah metodologisnya dengan diperkuat oleh metode normatif, serta menggunakan data kualitatif yang terjadi secara nyata.
