Sarana transportasi Pantai kartini menuju pulau sekitar seperti pulau jepara dapat dijangkau melalui perahu - perahu wisata yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi hidro – oseanografi, termasuk arus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola arus laut Perairan Kartini, Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat sebagai acuan dan dapat memberi informasi adanya pola arus laut di Perairan Pantai Kartini, Kabupaten Jepara dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak MIKE 21. Arus model diverifikasi dengan arus yang diperoleh dari hasil survey lapangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposif. Pemodelan yang digunakan menggunakan data primer arus ADCP serta data sekunder pasang – surut, angin dan bathimetri yang didapat dari instansi terkait guna sebagai parameter yang dapat mempengaruhi arus model. Arus pasang surut yang diperoleh mempunyai arah dominan menuju barat daya dengan kecepatan berkisar 0.1 - 0.358 m/s. Kecepatan minimum perairan adalah 0.1 m/s dan kecepatan maksimum perairan adalah 0.358 m/s. Kartini Beach is one of the beaches located in Jepara. Jepara is one of the districts in Central Java Province.it have borders the Java Sea in the west and north, Pati and Kudus in the East, and Demak in the South. Kartini Beach have transportation facilities to the surrounding islands such as panjang Island that can be reached by tourist boats which can be influenced by hydro-oceanographic conditions, including the current.this research to determine the ocean current patterns in Kartini Beach, Jepara. This research is expected to be useful as a reference and can inform the existence of patterns of ocean currents in the waters of Kartini Beach, Jepara,using a current model created by MIKE 21 software. Current models are verified by currents obtained from the results of field surveys. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the sampling method with a purposive method. The model primary data uses field current data using ADCP and secondary data such as tidal, wind and bathymetry obtained from relevant government company as parameters that can influence the flow of the model. The tidal currents obtained have the dominant direction to the southwest with speeds ranging from 0.1 - 0.358 m/s.
