The digital era has disrupted various human activities. Not only on the technological aspect but also on the social, political, and economic aspects. The urgency to carry out a transformation in running the organization, in providing land services must be immediately taken by the Ministry of ATR/BPN. The Ministry of ATR/BPN is expected to be competitive in order to realize its vision and mission. The land services provided always prioritize community satisfaction. The questions to be answered are the efforts made by the Ministry of ATR/BPN to adapt to the evolution of industry 4.0 which can cause digital disruption in carrying out land services and a study of legal philosophy on the efforts made by the Ministry of ATR/BPN to adapt to digital disruption in performing land services. The method used is normative juridical done by researching library materials or secondary data. The results show that the Ministry of ATR/BPN has made efforts to transform into the digital era, including validating land accounts, implementing electronic signatures, implementing Electronic Mortgage Rights (HT) nationally, implementing electronic checks, implementing electronic land books, and digitizing documents. An innovation is needed to be able to support development in the era of digital transformation so that the vision of the Ministry of ATR/BPN can be realized. The study of legal philosophy is viewed using a paradigm, which is also associated with ontology, epistemology, and methodology.
