Analisis Efektivitas Program Kepemudaan KEMENPORA dalam Memperkuat Resiliensi Keluarga Menghadapi Krisis

Abstract

COVID-19 membawa dunia pada krisis multi-dimensional yang berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan fisik, mental, dan finansial. Kondisi demikian ini sangat membutuhkan resiliensi keluarga. Untuk meningkatkan resiliensi keluarga, KEMENPORA mengambil inisiatif menyelenggarakan Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Pemuda dalam Rumah Tangga (PKPRT). Artikel ini berupaya menguji efektivitas dari PKPRT dengan menganalisis dampak dari kelima materi pelatihan tersebut terhadap resiliensi keluarga.  Data yang diperoleh dari 296 alumni PKPRT dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM). Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa PKPRT cukup efektif. Tiga materi pelatihan berdampak langsung, satu materi berdampak tidak langsung, dan hanya satu subyek yang tidak berdampak terhadap resiliensi keluarga. Perbaikan dan penyesuaian dapat dilakukan berbasis hasil ini untuk program pelatihan yang lebih efektif dalam membantu keluarga dan melindung anak-anak semasa krisis.
