Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan: P0 (100% pakan standar), P1 (97,5% pakan standar + 2,5% tepung daun kelor), P2 (95% + 5%), P3 (92,5% + 7,5%), dan P4 (90% + 10%). Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Pemberian pakan dilakukan secara ad libitum pada pagi dan sore hari. Analisis data menggunakan uji Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan tepung daun kelor tidak menghasilkan perbedaan signifikan (P>0,05) terhadap seluruh variabel yang diamati. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penambahan tepung daun kelor ( Moringa oleifera Lam.) dalam pakan puyuh ( Coturnix coturnix japonica ) pada fase grower hingga awal produksi telur tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap pertumbuhan maupun parameter somatometri. Moringa leaves contain nutrients that support poultry growth and production performance. Differences in body size and shape among poultry reflect physiological variations that can be measured through somatometric parameters. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation with Moringa leaf powder on the growth and somatometric characteristics of quail. Observed variables included body weight, body length, wing length, tibia length, tarsometatarsus length, and beak length. The experiment used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with five treatments: P0 (100% standard feed), P1 (97.5% standard feed + 2.5% Moringa leaf powder), P2 (95% + 5%), P3 (92.5% + 7.5%), and P4 (90% + 10%). Each treatment was replicated three times. Feed was provided ad libitum in the morning and afternoon. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a 5% significance level. Results showed that Moringa leaf powder supplementation did not significantly affect (P > 0.05) any observed variable.
