The research employed a participatory approach involving village officials and MSME actors through training, intensive mentoring, and hands-on practice. The program was carried out through the design and implementation of an MSME website using the Waterfall development model based on the Laravel framework, accompanied by marketplace optimization training and mentoring focused on digital promotional content creation, packaging design improvement, and product branding enhancement, and complemented by business administration education including taxpayer registration and simple bookkeeping practices. The results indicate a significant improvement in digital literacy and online marketing skills, the availability of an official website as a product promotion medium, increased capability in managing marketplaces, and a growing number of MSMEs with taxation legality.
