Author Guidelines

Formal requirements: If you want to comply with the formal requirements of this journal easily, download the template in English (click here), then change the content with your original work. The quickest method to accomplish this is to follow this link. The file that serves as the template offers several pre-formatted styles—such as Normal, Heading, Footer, Abstract, Subtle Emphasis, and Intense Emphasis—that will make preparing your final submission far easier. The following instructions are already incorporated into the template; however, we have provided a transcribed version of them in case you would instead use them to guide the creation of your paper directly. In order to properly set up the page, please use the following coordinates: Top (1.93 cm); Bottom (1.93 cm); Inside (1.93 cm); Outside (1.52 cm); Gutter (0.36 cm); mirror margins; page size tailored for width (15.24 cm) and height (22.86 cm); distinct odd and even pages; Gutter (0.36 cm). The layout starts at the edge (the header is 0.89 cm, and the footer is 0.76 cm). It is recommended that the right margins be justified rather than ragged. Please use a Bookman Old Style font with a 10-point size, or if that is not available, please use another proportional font with serifs that are visually similar to Bookman Old Style 10-point as much as is reasonably practical. In addition, quotations that are longer than two lines should be written in Bookman Old Style with a scale 10 and line spacing that is exactly 10 points. Bookman Old Style, scale 80%, line spacing precisely 10 pt, "Don't add space between paragraphs of the same style" marked, indentation left 1.78 cm and right 1.78 cm Legal materials should be referenced using Bookman Old Style. Line spacing should be exactly 10 pt, and "Do not add space between paragraphs of the same style" should be marked.

Please make use of the reference format that is demonstrated after this work. Please format your paper using the 7th edition of the APA (American Psychological Association) guidelines.

To properly cite sources, make use of the Author-Date format. Citations should begin with the authors' last names, followed by the publication year. If there are more than two authors, please use "et al." for the following citations. Citations should begin with the authors' last names, followed by the publication year. If you are citing more than one article at the same time, you should arrange them in alphabetical order according to the first author's last name and use semicolons to separate each citation. If the same author is responsible for more than one article being mentioned, place the articles in chronological order and use commas to differentiate between the years each piece was published. (MacKinnon and McIntyre, 1995; Purwanti et al., 2022; Rahardjo, 2006; Shiva et al., 2014; Suteki and Taufani, 2018); to give only a few examples. You can see illustrations of the references related to these citations at the end of this article. Your references should only include resources that have been published and are available to the general audience. It is not permissible to cite confidential or proprietary information. If the same author is responsible for more than one article being mentioned, place the articles in chronological order and use commas to differentiate between the years each piece was published.

Figures and tables should be placed close to the relevant text (or to the places in the text where they are referred to). It is recommended that captions be written in Bookman Old Style 9-point bold. They should be centered below the figure or table, numbered (for example, "Table 1" or "Figure 2"), and given a number that corresponds to the image or table. It is crucial to keep in mind that the words "Figure" and "Table" should always be written out (for example, "Figure" rather than "Fig."), regardless of where they appear in the text. If you choose to use charts, please generate them in Word and ensure their data remains incorporated. It would be helpful if you could generate your tables straight in Word. It is optional to copy them into your document as figures.

The following topics are of interest for paper submissions: The primary purpose of the publication is to bring together cutting-edge interdisciplinary research and in-depth legal analyses on progressive law and society. We want to invite writers to submit papers on any issue pertinent to Law & Society, Law & Development, Law & Gender, Poverty Law, Sociological Jurisprudence, Law & Religion, and Law & Morality. These are some of the areas that Law & Society focuses on. We would also consider papers that examine the progressive law from the perspective of criminal law, private law, international law, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, labor law, tax law, consumer protection law, urban law, etc. Before submitting, you must download the template in English (you can do so by clicking here), then replace the content with your original work.
