This study used a completely randomized design (CRD). Ten isolates of mold that have been isolated from ciplukan are from the genus Curvularia, Penicillium, Aspergillus , and several cultures genus is unkown. The obtained mold supernatant was then tested on the tested bacteria using the Kirby-Baurer Method . The results showed that 8 isolates were able to inhibit the growth of E. coli and as many as 5 isolates were able to inhibit the growth of S. aureus .
