Information about traditional resources now being increase and should be published worldwide as the raise of the interest researcher to explore and cite the knowledge. Then three of the most prominent fields: food, nutrition, and health should be work together to expose these knowledges. Therefore Department of Food Technology, Department of Nutrition, and Department of Publc Health in Diponegoro University agreed to synchronize their resources to publish this journal as the place for researcher who wants to publish their research in traditional food and medicine.
