PENGEMBANGAN JALUR PEJALAN KAKI DI KAWASAN TOD DUKUH ATAS JAKARTA
Abstract
Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan salah satu konsep pengembangan transportasi berkelanjutan yang mempertimbangkan integrasi tinggi antar kawasan dan meningkatkan peluang pergerakan masyarakat kota. Dukuh Atas menjadi embrio pembanguan TOD di Indonesia dengan konsep walkable city dengan sistem road diet yang menekanakan kepada aspek lingkungan dan kenyamanan individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan variabel pengembangan jalur pejalan kaki yang dapat mempengaruhi frekuensi seseorang untuk berjalan di TOD Dukuh Atas dari aspek lingkungan maupun karakteristik individunya. Pengumpulan data karakteristik individu dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kusioner yang disebar secara acak ke 300 responden kawasan TOD Dukuh Atas Jakarta. Data karakteristik lingkungan didapatkan dengan pengumpulan data sekunder dan data spasial melalui citra satelit untuk melihat kondisi terkini. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif statistik dan regresi linier uji T parsial didapatkan hasil berupa pendapatan, maksud perjalanan, dan kepadatan permukiman dapat mempengaruhi frekuensi pejalan kaki di kawasan TOD Dukuh Atas Jakarta.
