In this research, we used DNA Barcoding (mitocondrial DNA, COI gene) to identify and examine of wedgefish samples. The tissue samples used in this study were identified as species listed in CITES Appendix II, they are Rhynchobatus australiae, Rhynchobatus springeri and Rhina ancylostoma.
