Abstract

The culinary business is a promising sector, with many entrepreneurs opening cafes,restaurants, and other culinary ventures. Albarokah Chicken is one such business that offers fried chicken and various other menu items. Founded in 2021, Albarokah Chicken faced operational challenges, leading to a temporary shutdown until 2022. In 2023, the business resumed operations with strategic analyses to ensure sustainability. This study uses qualitative analysis to describe and evaluate Albarokah Chicken's business operations. Data collected from direct observations and interviews provide insights into the business's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The findings indicate that despite internal weaknesses, there are significant external opportunities for growth. The implementation of the Business Model Canvas and financial analysis shows that Albarokah Chicken has a bright future with a short payback period and high return on investment. Based on these findings, several recommendations are provided to enhance Albarokah Chicken's growth and success. These include continuous product development, improved digital marketing, strengthened internal management, diversified sales channels, enhanced legal compliance, and better financial management.
