Pro dan kontra mengenai pembatalan Perda ini telah membuat Asosiasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Indonesia (APKASI), Abda Khair Mufti dan menghasilkan dua Putusan yakni Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor Nomor 137/PUU-XIII/2015 dan No. 56/PUU-XIV/2016. Penulisan ini disusun dengan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif. Dengan adanya putusan tersebut telah membuat Menteri dan Gubernur sebagai kepanjangan tangan dari Pemerintahan Pusat kehilangan wewenang executive reviewnya terhadap Perda dan hanya menyisakan wewenangnya untuk melakukan pengawasan secara represif. Kata Kunci : Putusan Mahkamah Agung; Implikasi; Pengawasan Perda Abstract The Ministry of Home Affairs in 2016 must cancel 3143 Regional Regulations. Law Number 23 the Year 2014 has been approved but approved by Law No. 12 of 2011 in conjunction with Law No. 15 of 2019 concerning the Formation of Laws and Regulations mentioned above in exchange for the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Article 24 paragraph (1). Pros and cons about the cancellation of this regulation have made the Indonesian District Government Association (APKASI), Abda Khair Mufti and produced two Constitutional Court Decisions No. 137 / PUU-XIII / 2015 and No. 56 / PUU-XIV / 2016. This writing was prepared using the normative juridical method. The existence of this decision has made the Minister and Governor as an extension of the Central Government adding executive review authority to the Perda and leaving only its authority to conduct oversight by representatives.
