Analisis Need Assessment Pengembangan Aplikasi Digital Self-Monitoring Efek Samping Kemoterapi pada Pasien Kanker Payudara

Abstract

Kanker payudara merupakan tumor ganas yang menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian wanita di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Tingginya angka kejadian dan dampak signifikan efek samping kemoterapi terhadap kualitas hidup pasien menyoroti urgensi self monitoring yang efektif melalui aplikasi digital. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan dan preferensi pasien kanker payudara terhadap penggunaan aplikasi digital. Metode penilitian menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan pendekatan prospektif melibatkan 65 pasien yang ditentukan melalui rumus slovin. Kriteria inklusi meliputi perempuan (20-80 tahun) dalam masa kemoterapi 2024-2025, pengguna smartphone, komunikatif, stabil secara psikologis, komorbid, serta bersedia menandatangani informed consent. Sedangkan kriteria eksklusi yaitu pasien hamil dan menyusui. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dari hasil pengisian kuesioner dan data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel dan dianalisis dengan program SPSS versi 27, melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 53,8% pasien memiliki kebutuhan tinggi terhadap aplikasi digital self monitoring, diikuti kategori sedang 41,5%, dan rendah 4,6%. Pasien memiliki preferensi positif terhadap fitur aplikasi yaitu pencatatan gejala, pengingat jadwal minum obat dan kemoterapi, edukasi kesehatan, serta konsultasi dengan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pasien memiliki kebutuhan yang tinggi terhadap aplikasi digital self monitoring untuk memantau efek samping secara mandiri.
