Analisis Residu Enrofloksasin dalam Daging dan Telur Ayam

Abstract
Salah satu antibiotik golongan fluorokuinolon yang banyak digunakan pada hewan ternak adalah enrofloksasin. Penggunaan pada hewan ternak yang tidak terkontrol dapat mengakibatkan percepatan resistensi mikroba. Salah satu upaya kontrol dan perlindungan masyarakat dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis residu enrofloksasin dalam bahan makanan yang sering dikonsumsi masyarakat, yaitu daging dan telur ayam. Perlu dilakukan pengembangan metode karena residu enrofloksasin dalam sampel tersebut jumlahnya sedikit. Metode analisis yang digunakan harus memiliki sensitifitas tinggi. Metode yang dapat digunakan antara lain adalah HPLC. Analisis residu enrofloksasin pada penelitian ini menggunakan HPLC detektor UV-Vis, dan fase gerak 20 mM asam fosfat dalam air pH 3,0 : asetonitril (83 : 17), kolom C18, panjang gelombang 278 nm, laju alir 1,5 mL/menit. Hasil uji linearitas menunjukkan nilai R2 sebesar 0,9990, akurasi ditunjukkan dengan nilai recovery 98,75% - 101,84%, presisi ditunjukkan dengan nilai RSD 1,83 ; nilai LOD 1,23 µg/mL dan LOQ 4,09 µg/mL. Hasil uji pada sampel daging ayam menunjukkan adanya residu enrofloksasin base sebesar 185,93 µg/kg, sedangkan pada telur ayam sebesar 145,32 µg/kg.
