Harga tanah tertinggi adalah Rp 23.107.673/m² di yang terletak di daerah dekat Stasiun Poncol, dan terendah Rp 697.803/m² di persegi yang terletak di daerah pesisir dekat laut. Kenaikan nilai tanah tertinggi dari 2023 ke 2022 sebesar Rp 479.000 atau 47%, dan daerah yang mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp -180.000 atau -5,9%. Dari 2022 ke 2020, kenaikan tertinggi sebesar Rp 1.008.000 atau 69,5%, dan daerah yang mengalami penurunan sebesar Rp -233.000 atau -4,1%. Dari 2023 ke 2020, kenaikan tertinggi sebesar Rp 925.000 atau 102%, sedangkan kenaikan yang tidak terlalu siknifikan sebesar Rp 54.000 atau 1,9%. Model regresi linier sederhana yang digunakan memperkirakan harga tanah (Y) dipengaruhi ancaman rob (X) adalah Y = 6.859.403,226 – 1.208.728,954X. Harga tanah rata-rata pada 2023 untuk ancaman rob rendah adalah Rp 6.117.000, ancaman sedang Rp 4.008.928, dan ancaman tinggi Rp 3.335.966.},
