KAJIAN ATAS REVALUASI TUGAS DAN FUNGSI BALAI HARTA PENINGGALAN DI INDONESIA

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Tugas dan fungsi BHP saat ini perlu direvaluasi guna mengoptimalkan kinerja lembaga tersebut. Beberapa tugas dan fungsi sebagian telah didetorsi oleh lembaga lain, seperti kewenangannya sebagai kurator. Demikian juga dalam perannya sebagai wali pengawas dalam pencatatan boedel sekarang ini sudah tidak efektif mengingat hal tersebut hampir tidak pernah dilakukan lagi. Yang dibutuhkan sekarang adalah bagaimana memaksimalkan sumber daya yang guna ditingkatkan menuju pada profesionalitas sehingga peran yang mestinya bisa dilakukan tidak dilimpahkan pada lembaga lain.

ABSTRACT

The current BHP tasks and functions need to be revalued to optimize the performance of the institution. Some tasks and functions have been partially distorted by other institutions, such as their authority as curator. Likewise, in his role as trustee in the recording of Boedel, it is now ineffective considering that it is almost never done again. What is needed now is how to maximize the resources that need to be increased towards professionalism so that the role that should be done is not delegated to other institutions.
