Masing-masing perlakuan terdiri atas delapan ekor itik. Imbuhan pakan diberikan selama enam minggu. Histomorfometri jantung dan aorta diperoleh dengan pembuatan preparat histologi metode parafin dan pewarnaan hematoksilin eosin. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis sidik ragam dengan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan imbuhan pakan tepung daun kelor tidak berpengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap bobot jantung, tebal epikardium, miokardium, endokardium, tebal tunika adventisia, tunika media, dan tunika intima. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa pemberian imbuhan tepung daun kelor konsentrasi 2,5%, 5%, dan 7,5% tidak mengubah struktur histologi jantung maupun aorta sehingga aman dipergunakan sebagai aditif pakan itik. The heart and aorta are important organs in the circulatory system. This study was designed to analyze the histomorphometry of the heart and aorta of hybrid ducks given feed supplemented with moringa leaf powder. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four types of treatments, i.e., K0: standard feed (without the addition of moringa leaf meal), K1: feed with the addition of 2.5% moringa leaf meal, K2: feed with the addition of 5% moringa leaf meal, and K3: feed with the addition of 7.5% moringa leaf meal. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. The results indicated that the addition of moringa leaf meal to the feed had no effect (P > 0.05) on heart weight, epicardium thickness, myocardium, endocardium, adventitia tunica, media tunica, and intima tunica. The conclusion of the study is that the addition of moringa leaf powder at concentrations of 2.5%, 5%, and 7.5% did not alter the histological structure of the heart or aorta, making it applicable as a duck feed additive.
