The heart and aorta are important organs in the circulatory system. This study was designed to analyze the histomorphometry of the heart and aorta of hybrid ducks given feed supplemented with moringa leaf powder. The research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four types of treatments, i.e., K0: standard feed (without the addition of moringa leaf meal), K1: feed with the addition of 2.5% moringa leaf meal, K2: feed with the addition of 5% moringa leaf meal, and K3: feed with the addition of 7.5% moringa leaf meal. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. The results indicated that the addition of moringa leaf meal to the feed had no effect (P > 0.05) on heart weight, epicardium thickness, myocardium, endocardium, adventitia tunica, media tunica, and intima tunica. The conclusion of the study is that the addition of moringa leaf powder at concentrations of 2.5%, 5%, and 7.5% did not alter the histological structure of the heart or aorta, making it applicable as a duck feed additive. Additionally, the findings suggest that moringa leaf powder is a safe option for enhancing the nutritional profile of duck feed without compromising cardiovascular health.
