The IFAS matrix highlighted that XO Cafe's strengths outweigh its weaknesses, with \"Trained Employees\" and \"Affordable Prices\" being significant assets. The EFAS matrix revealed that opportunities exceed threats, particularly in \"Varied Beverage Product Options\" and \"Repeat Purchases from Customers.\" Furthermore, a workforce analysis assessed employee performance, revealing a \"Good\" rating but also a 34% gap needing improvement. Recommendations include targeted training and regular performance evaluations.
