Abstract
Objective: To determine the differences in dominant cheiloscopy patterns based on the classification of cheiloscopy pattern types according to Suzuki-Tsuchihashi in 2021 batch students of the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University. Method: Analytical observational research with cross sectional design. The data obtained is data that meets the inclusion criteria for the class of 2021 students at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University, namely 126 samples. Results: The results from the various samples collected were divided according to the classification of lip print pattern types. Conclusion: Based on sample calculation of research data, it hs been observed that the dominant lip print pattern of students at the Faculty of Dentistry, Hasanuddin University class of 2021 is Type II.
