Abstract
This study aims to describe the types of illocutionary speech of voice over dialog in the Genshin Impact video game. The theory used is pragmatics theory which focuses on speech acts by Searle. The object of research is voice over dialog in the Genshin Impact video game spoken by the main character. This research is qualitative and descriptive approach with informal language. The data were collected through listening method and note-taking technique, then classified according to the research objectives. Data were analyzed using the padan method with determinant elements sorting technique (PUP). The results of this study found 39 speech acts in the form of assertive, directive, declarative, commissive, and expressive illocutionary speech acts and its perlocution.
