Methodology/Approach/Design : Through a socio-legal approach, this study uncovers the symbolic meaning of society towards law and technology, aiming to deconstruct legal disorder and bridge the digital divide in Indonesia. Results and Discussion : The study finds that Indonesia's legal system lags behind rapid technological advancements, leading to legal disorder and injustice. Therefore, three main efforts are proposed: (1) Implementing legal contextuality through Law 3.0 by utilizing blockchain technology and artificial intelligence for law enforcement; (2) Establishing an integrated legal framework to ensure inclusivity and equality; and (3) Promoting participatory justice to protect vulnerable groups and achieve digital justice for all Indonesian citizens. Practical Implications : This study has practical implications for the Indonesian government to reconsider the new legal reality, which is deeply intertwined with technology. It is hoped that future regulations and legal policies will consider the role of technology in human society.
