Results and Discussion : Judges possess absolute authority in interpreting the concept of public order. Although there is a clear definition of public order through jurisprudence and legislation, judges tend to exercise their authority more broadly, often disregarding the arbitration clauses agreed upon by the parties involved, thereby exceeding their authority. Practical Implications : The practical implication for law enforcement in Indonesia is to enhance judges' prudent interpretation of the public order concept. This can be achieved through more intensive training and education on international arbitration principles, as well as reforms in judicial practices to ensure that judges make more consistent decisions and interpret according to existing theories.
