Abstract
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a pivotal element in managing the sustainability parameters of higher education institutions. This study aims to presents the development of ICT as an effective management strategy for a sustainable campus at IPB University, focusing on integrating digital tools and systems to improve operational efficiency, resource management, and environmental impact. Through a qualitative approach, this study shows the implementation of ICT-driven initiatives, such as setting infrastructure, transportation, and energy management systems. The study highlights the significant benefits of ICT in promoting sustainability goals, such as monitoring land use, the carbon footprint, energy usage, and fostering a culture of environmental awareness among campus civitas. Moreover, this study identifies challenges and opportunities in advancing ICT adoption within the university's sustainability framework. The findings emphasize the strategic and beneficial use of ICT to enhance operational performance by providing a real-time and accurate monitoring system.
