ANALISA TAMBAK GARAM MELALUI PROGRAM SEMI INTENSIF DI LOMBOK TIMUR

Garam sebagai salah satu produk pangan prospek bisnis yang cukup bagus, karena garam merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting seperti, bahan kimia, dan bahan pengawet. Pada Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan penyululuhan menganalisis perhitungan finansial pada produksi garam dari Tambak Garam di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pengabdian  ini dilakukan terjun langsung ke areal tambak garam yang mengunakan metode semi entensif.  Kelompok perberdayaan usaha garam rakyat ( Pugar ), Pada tambak garam seluas 2 ha yang diperuntukan untuk demplot dengan lahan sewa menunjukkan menguntungkan dan layak untuk dijalankan. Biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 18.752.165,- dengan produktifitas 60 ton/tahun, harga garam di pasaran saat panen untuk kualitas 2 sebesar Rp 450/kg maka BEP produksi 41,67 ton. Maka keuntungan sebesar 18,33 ton atau sebesar  Rp. 8.248.500,-  . Secara keseluruhan, benefit yang diterima petambak termasuk baik karena dapat menutupi biaya operasional yang dikeluarkannya dan masih memperoleh keuntungan.

Abstract

Salt as a food product has a pretty good business prospect, because salt is a very important requirement, such as for chemicals and preservatives. This community service aims to provide counseling on analyzing financial calculations on salt production from salt ponds in East Lombok Regency. This service is carried out directly to the salt pond area using a semi-entensive method. The community salt business empowerment group (Pugar), a 2 ha salt pond designated for demonstration plots with leased land, shows that it is profitable and feasible to run. The production cost is Rp. 18,752,165, - with a productivity of 60 tons / year, the price of salt in the market at harvest time for quality 2 is IDR 450 / kg, so the BEP production is 41.67 tons. Then a profit of 18.33 tons or Rp. 8,248,500, -. Overall, the benefits received by farmers are good because they can cover the operational costs incurred and still make a profit.
