A recovery test is a key validation parameter for evaluating the performance and reliability of an analytical instrument. This study aimed to evaluate the performance of the Rayto RT-1904C analyzer for glucose testing using the GOD-PAP method via a recovery test. Methods: This true experimental study used glucose standard samples spiked into normal and abnormal control serum at three concentrations (1%, 2%, 3%). Each concentration was measured with 9 replicates using the Rayto RT-1904C analyzer. The recovery percentage was calculated by comparing the measured value to the target value. Statistical analysis used the Mann-Whitney test. Results: The mean recovery percentages for normal control serum at 1%, 2%, and 3% concentrations were 95.81%, 98.59%, and 95.47%, respectively. For abnormal control serum, the mean values were 103.02%, 101.49%, and 97.70%. All values were within the acceptable range of 95-105%. Although the Mann-Whitney test showed a significant difference (p<0.05) between the two serum types, the instrument's performance is clinically acceptable. Conclusion: The Rayto RT-1904C analyzer demonstrated good accuracy and reliability for glucose testing with the GOD-PAP method, as evidenced by recovery values that met standard criteria. }, issn = {2654-251X}, pages = {1--8} doi = {10.14710/jplp.9.1.1-8}, url = {https://ejournal2.undip.ac.id/index.php/jplp/article/view/29407} }
