ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN PERILAKU KESELAMATAN BERKENDARA KURIR PENGIRIMAN BARANG DI KOTA JAKARTA TIMUR

Abstract


Perkembangan ekonomi digital mendorong peningkatan pergerakan barang di kawasan perkotaan yang berdampak pada peningkatan aktivitas kurir pengiriman barang dalam tahap Last Mile Delivery (LMD). Kondisi ini berimplikasi kepada peningkatan eksposur risiko keselamatan berkendara kurir sepeda motor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah sejauh mana perbedaan karakter spasial mempengaruhi perilaku keselamatan berkendara kurir pengiriman barang Kota Jakarta Timur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Structural Equation Model–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) terhadap 209 responden kurir sepeda motor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Pulo Gadung memiliki hubungan antarkonstruk yang lebih kompleks, dimana faktor sosio-ekonomi, kondisi jalan, dan pola perjalanan mempengaruhi perilaku keselamatan berkendara melalui mediasi komponen kepribadian. Sementara itu untuk Kecamatan Pasar Rebo, pengaruh signifikan hanya berasal dari faktor sosio-ekonomi, khususnya pengalaman kerja, yang berkaitan dengan kehati-hatian dan perilaku berkendara yang lebih aman. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor penentu perilaku keselamatan berkendara kurir tidak bersifat homogen, meskipun berada dalam satu kawasan perkotaan.
