Edukasi Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Body Authority Pada Siswa SDN Kramas, Kota Semarang

Abstract
Minimnya edukasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi di sekolah maupun di rumah menjadi salah satu alasan utama masalah kesehatan reproduksi sering diabaikan. Banyak siswa di SDN Kramas tidak mendapatkan informasi yang cukup mengenai pubertas, menstruasi, kebersihan organ reproduksi, atau perilaku seksual yang aman. Padahal, kesehatan reproduksi yang kurang diperhatikan dapat berpotensi memicu risiko kesehatan termasuk infeksi HIV/AIDS. Oleh karena itu, tim MBKM melakukan intervensi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SDN Kramas tentang kesehatan reproduksi, intervensi tersebut antara lain berupa edukasi tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Body Authority, serta advokasi untuk optimalisasi Program Kesehatan Reproduksi berbasis Trias UKS. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa setelah diberikan edukasi yang diukur dengan nilai pre-test dan post-test serta adanya komitmen dari pihak sekolah untuk untuk secara bertahap memperhatikan dan memenuhi panduan trias UKS yang telah dirancang dan diserahkan, sambil tetap melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari siswa, terutama dokter kecil.
