Focus and Scope

Jurnal Energi Baru & Terbarukan (p-ISSN: 2809-5456 and e-ISSN: 2722-6719) in https://ejournal2.undip.ac.id/index.php/jebt, is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to the advancement of knowledge in renewable and sustainable energy systems. The journal emphasizes the development, implementation, and evaluation of renewable energy technologies through a multidisciplinary approach, integrating perspectives from engineering, technology, economics, policy, and social sciences.

The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and short communications that address both fundamental and applied aspects of energy studies. The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

Peer Review Process / Policy

The articles published in the Journal Energi Baru & Terbarukan (p-ISSN: 2809-5456 and e-ISSN: 2722-6719) are single-blind reviewed by Peer Reviewers before they are published. The Editor decides whether the revised manuscript can be published by considering recommendations from reviewers. All pre-published articles must be free from plagiarism content.

Screening Plagiarism of the texts that go into this journal is done with the help of Google Scholar, Grammarly, or Turnitin application.

Publication Frequency

Journal Energi Baru & Terbarukan (p-ISSN: 2809-5456 and e-ISSN: 2722-6719) is scheduled for publication three times  a year in Maret, Juli and October.  It is electronically published via journal Energi Baru & Terbarukan website  https://ejournal2.undip.ac.id/index.php/jebt. Authors are encouraged to submit the article at least three months before Maret, Juli and October. 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

Journal Energi Baru dan Terbarukan utilizes the LOCKSS system and Portico to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent journal archives for preservation and restoration. More...

Article Processing Cost

Starting from 2024, Jurnal Energi Baru & Terbarukan has the following new author fee policies:
Article Submission: 0,00 IDR. There is no cost for submission.
Article Publication: 250,000 IDR. The only cost is subjected to authors only if the paper is accepted for publication. The authors will be asked to pay an Article Publication Charge to cover publications costs.
