Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian pakan dalam bentuk mi tepung biji durian terhadap struktur mikroanatomi testis tikus Wistar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan hewan uji 30 ekor tikus Wistar jantan yang dibagi dalam 5 kelompok perlakuan dengan 6 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi bobot testis, diameter tubulus seminiferus, tebal lapisan epitel tubulus seminiferus, dan penilaian Johnsen untuk evaluasi spermatogenesis. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis varians (ANOVA) pada taraf kepercayaan 95%. Data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan uji non-parametrik Kruskal-Wallis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perbedaan yang tidak signifikan (P>0.05) pada bobot testis, diameter tubulus seminiferus, tebal epitel seminiferus, serta skor Johnsen tubulus seminiferus. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian pakan dalam bentuk mi tepung biji durian tidak mempengaruhi struktur mikroanatomi testis tikus Wistar. The abundant durian seed waste during the durian season has not been widely utilized. Durian seeds contain high carbohydrates and have the potential to be processed into flour which can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in the manufacture of flour-based foods such as noodles. This study aimed to analyze the effect of feeding in the form of durian seed flour noodles on the microanatomical structure of the testes of Wistar rats. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 30 male Wistar rats as experimental animals which were divided into 5 treatment groups with 6 replications. Parameters observed included testicular weight, diameter of seminiferous tubules, thickness of seminiferous tubule epithelium, and Johnsen's assessment for spermatogenesis evaluation. Research data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at the 95% level of confidence. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric test. The results showed that there was non-significant difference (P>0.05) in testicular weight, seminiferous tubules diameter, seminiferous epithelium thickness, and Johnsen score of seminiferous tubules.
