Penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum yang menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa penguatan organisasi buruh / pekerja dapat secara langsung atau tidak langsung mensejahterakan keberadaan Buruh atau pekerja. Kesejahteraan buruh atau pekerja melalui upaya perlindungan buruh dengan cara adannya upaya perlindungan hak-hak dasar buruh yang diakomodir melalui perjanjian kerja bersama yang dilakukan antara pemberi kerja dan organisasi buruh. Abstract

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguatan organisasi buruh sebagai sarana perlindungan buruh. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum yang menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa penguatan organisasi buruh / pekerja dapat secara langsung atau tidak langsung mensejahterakan keberadaan Buruh atau pekerja. Kesejahteraan buruh atau pekerja melalui upaya perlindungan buruh dengan cara adannya upaya perlindungan hak-hak dasar buruh yang diakomodir melalui perjanjian kerja bersama yang dilakukan antara pemberi kerja dan organisasi buruh.
