In this approach, secondary data is more often used in the form of regulations relating to employment, work agreements, and wages and will use a little primary data obtained by means of interviews and surveys that will be used to review and analyze research results. The results of this research in legal writing describe the fulfillment of the rights of health workers at the MTA Surakarta Pratama Clinic based on their work agreement. Then it was also explained about the urgency of wage protection for health workers at the Pratama MTA Clinic Surakarta. Keywords: labor rights; Wage Protection; Health workers. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mengangkat tentang urgensi perlindungan pengupahan bagi tenaga kesehatan serta melihat bagaimana pemenuhan hak-haknya berdasarkan pada perjanjian kerja bagi tenaga kesehatan di Klinik Pratama MTA Surakarta. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis normatif, metode pendekatan ini memfokuskan pada pendekatan norma atau aturan yuridis seperti halnya peraturan perundang-undangan dan juga peraturan pelaksanaannya. Pada pendekatan ini lebih sering digunakan data sekunder yang berupa peraturan-peraturan yang berhubungan dengan ketenagakerjaan, perjanjian kerja, dan juga pengupahan serta akan menggunakann sedikit data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara wawancara dan survey yang akan digunakan untuk meninjau dan menganalisis hasil penelitian. Hasil Penelitian dalam Penulisan Hukum ini menggambarkan mengenai pemenuhan hak-hak tenaga kesehatan di Klinik Pratama MTA Surakarta berdasarkan ada perjanjian kerjanya. Kemudian dijelasakan juga tentang urgensi perlindungan pengupahan bagi tenaga kesehatan di Klinik Pratama MTA Surakarta.
