Hasil penelitian membuktikan pemberian pakan ikan kakap putih 3,5 gram/100 gram pakan ditambah dengan bubuk jintan hitam menghasilkan rerata pertumbuhan biomassa mutlak yang lebih tinggi sebesar 15,24 gram, SGR 2,15%, SR 100%, dan kualitas air, salinitas (29-31 ppt), suhu (28-30 0C), pH (7,0-7,6), dan DO (7,2-7,7 ppm) Kata kunci: Ikan Kakap Putih, Jinten Hitam, Pertumbuhan, SGR Abstract The goal of this study is to identify the effect of different doses of black cumin flour and find the optimal dose to feed to encourage the growth of white snapper. The test animal used was white snapper. The study used a completely randomized design, including 4 treatments with 3 replications, with the addition of doses of black cumin powder, namely 0 grams/100 grams of feed (A), 3,5 grams/100 grams of feed (B), 5,5 grams/100 grams of feed (C), and 7,5 grams/100 grams of feed (D). Parameters observed were absolute biomass growth, SGR, SR and water quality as supporting data. 3 times feeding in a day. The results proved that feeding white snapper 3,5 grams/100 grams of feed supplemented with black cumin powder resulted in higher mean absolute biomass growth of 15,24 grams, SGR of 2,15%, SR of 100%, and water quality, salinity (29-31 ppt), temperature (28-30 0C), pH (7,0-7,6), and DO (7,2-7,7 ppm).
