SIMULASI LEAN CONSTRUCTION PADA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI BENDUNGAN JRAGUNG

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini berfokus pada penerapan Lean Construction (LC) dengan menggunakan Last Planner System (LPS) pada proyek Bendungan Jragung di Jawa Tengah. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proyek melalui penerapan LPS, yang dikenal dapat mengurangi pemborosan dan meningkatkan aliran kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah simulasi dengan model VILLEGO, yang melibatkan mahasiswa dan praktisi proyek. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa penerapan LPS secara signifikan meningkatkan koordinasi tim, mengurangi waktu siklus proyek, dan meminimalkan sumber daya yang terbuang. Simulasi ini juga menyoroti pentingnya sosialisasi dan pelatihan dalam memahami dan menerapkan prinsip LPS secara efektif. Dengan mengintegrasikan simulasi dan pendekatan lean, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi konstruksi mengenai manfaat potensial dari sistem LPS dalam manajemen proyek. Temuan ini memperkuat pentingnya kolaborasi dan perencanaan yang terstruktur dalam mencapai tujuan proyek secara efektif.
