The results obtained are: first, the current Indonesian copyright framework has not adequately addressed AI-related challenges, resulting in an imbalance between copyright protection and access to information and data. Second, a more balanced framework can be achieved through copyright reform that treats the protection of economic rights, scientific advancement, and technological innovation as complementary objectives.
