Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 sudah berjalan lebih dari 2 tahun dan lebih dari 60% warga yang terpapar virus SARS-CoV-2. Pasca dinyatakan negatif dari covid-19 banyak warga menyampaikan keluhan mudah lelah meskipun beraktivitas ringan-sedang, nyeri otot, badan pegal-pegal, masalah pada ingatan, gangguan tidur, gangguan konsentrasi dan nyeri kepala. Tujuan: meningkatkan pengetahuan warga masyarakat Kebraon Indah Permai RT 5 RW 13 tentang Olahraga dan aktivitas fisik yang tepat pasca covid dan isolasi mandiri. Metode: yang digunakan pada Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, leaflet, dan tanya jawab. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan pada warga perkotaan di daerah Kebaron Indah Permai RT 5 RW 13. 25 warga yang terdiri dari bapak-bapak dan ibu-ibu serta pengurus RT berpartisipasi pada kegiatan ini. Hasil: hasil yang didapatkan pada pengabdian masyarakat ini adanya peningkatan aspek perilaku pada pengetahuan tentang covid-19 meningkat 100%, dampak lain akibat covid-19 selain sistem pernafasan meningkat 100%, dosis olahraga yang tepat meningkat 92%, keuntungan dan kerugian apabila olahraga dengan dosis yang tepat dan tidak tepat meningkat 100% dan kesadaran akan Kesehatan meningkat 100% warga akan tetap melakukan olahraga dan aktivitas fisik. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian masyarakat dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pendidikan Kesehatan sangat efektif dalam menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan kesadaran akan Kesehatan akan pentingnya melakukan olahraga dan aktivitas fisik yang tepat dan dengan dosis yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan imunitas bagi penyintas covid-19.

ABSTRACT

The COVID-19 pandemic has been running for more than 2 years and more than 60% citizens exposed to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. After being declared negative from COVID-19, many residents complained of being easily tired despite light-moderate activities, muscle aches, body aches, problems with memory, sleep disturbances, impaired concentration and headaches. Objective: increase knowledge about sports and proper physical activity after covid and self-isolation. Methods: used in this community service are lectures, leaflets, and questions and answers. This community service was carried out for the residents of Kebaron Indah Permai RT 5 RW 13. 25 residents consisting of ladies and gentlemen as well as RT administrators participated in this activity. Results: the results obtained in this community service were an increase in the behavioral aspect of knowledge about covid-19 increasing by 100%, other impacts due to covid-19 besides the respiratory system increasing by 100%, the right exercise dose increasing by 92%, the advantages and disadvantages of exercising with the right and wrong doses increased by 100% and health awareness increased by 100%. People will continue to do sports and physical activities. Based on the results of community service, it can be concluded that Health Education is very effective in increasing knowledge and increasing awareness of health on the importance of doing sports and physical activity in the right and with doses that are in accordance with the need to increase immunity for Covid-19 survivors
