Sapi Madura dilakukan perkawinan silang yang dikenal dengan sapi silangan Madrasin (Madura Limousin). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemasaran sapi potong berdasarkan Struktur, Perilaku dan Penapilan Pasar di Desa Lobuk Kecamatan Bluto Kabupaten Sumenep. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk struktur pasar adalah deskriptif kualitatif yaitu jumlah pelaku pasar dan hambatan keluar masuk pasar dan deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan analisis Pangsa Pasar (Market Share) dan Indeks Hirschman Herfindahl (IHH), untuk perilaku pasar secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengetahui saluran, lembaga dan fungsi pemasaran. Penampilan pasar menggunakan analisis Marjin Pemasaran dan Farmer’s Share. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Struktur pasar pada pemasaran sapi potong di Desa Lobuk mengarah pada pasar persaingan tidak sempurna yaitu pasar oligopoli. 2. Berdasarkan analisis perilaku pasar menunjukkan sudah efisien karena hanya terdapat dua saluran pemasaran dan melibatkan satu lembaga pemasaran yaitu pedagang. 3. Untuk penampilan pasar sudah efisien karena distribusi marjin hanya diterima oleh pedagang dan share yang diterima peternak cukup besar yaitu >50 persen.}, issn = {2621-9778}, pages = {14--21} doi = {10.14710/agrisocionomics.v4i1.4555}, url = {https://ejournal2.undip.ac.id/index.php/agrisocionomics/article/view/4555} }
